About Elk Lake Resort and Marina, Inc.
Elk Lake Resort & Marina has grown into one of the premier lake resorts in Central Oregon, while entertaining guests from across the country and abroad. A multi-season resort offering Spring/Summer and Winter activities, we offer our team members excellent compensation & benefits, including employee housing/campsites, meals during shifts and discounted rates on all activities. Full-time employees are eligible to participate in our 401k and Health Insurance programs after 1 year of service.
Our full-service Marina offers pontoon and motorboat rentals, kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, and fishing. A full-service restaurant and bar serves the best American Cuisine with a 'rustic flair' and the best drinks from the coolest bartenders.
We have grown significantly since 2013 and are reviewing plans with the United States Forest Service to add an additional parcel to further expand accommodations as well as an event center allowing us to further book groups and weddings on a larger scale.

Room and Board
Employees qualify for housing (subject to availability) or camping benefits when employed at Elk Lake. There is a monthly charge of $50.00 for campsite or shared housing accommodations.

Getting Here and Getting Around
While its always easier if you have a private vehicle, transportation to Bend is available as circumstances permit.
Public transportation from the resort to Bend does not exist, so ride-sharing and transportation, when provided by the resort, is very useful.
For Fun
Spending time at Elk Lake affords our team members so many different activities to enjoy during their off time.
You can hike, climb, enjoy water sports at the marina, fish or enjoy the many other activities Central Oregon and the Cascade Lakes region has to offer. In the winter... snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing or down-hill skiing at nearby Mt. Bachelor are all within reach when you spend the winter with us.
