The front desk staff is also responsible for managing our social media sites, so experience with social media is a must. Reservation agents must be friendly self-starters who are up to the challenges of multi-tasking!
This individual is the “face” of Denali Air at the hotels and area tour desks because the job entails spending a lot of time interacting with the public and the other working professionals in the Denali area.
