Food Service Manager - Crater Lake National Park - Annie Creek
Boat Tours: boat pilots, deckhands, and mechanics work together to to ensure smooth tour operations and outstanding guest satisfaction.
Housekeeping/Laundry: responsible for cleaning assigned lodge rooms, linens, hallways, carpets and other designated amenities and areas in accordance with the highest cleanliness standards to ensure guest satisfaction. Your work location may be in Mazama Village or in the historic Crater Lake Lodge.
Retail: responsible for the coordination of gift shop services, including selling and restocking the gift shop items. Welcomes and accommodates guests and staff in an effective and courteous manner.
Guest Services/Front Desk: responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by booking reservations, coordinating registration and checkout, assisting with guest needs, and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues.
Food and Beverage: wait staff, bartenders and bussing attendants work together to guarantee smooth restaurant operations and an effortless experience for our guests.
Cooks and Food Service Workers: Work alongside award winning chefs to prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. Fuel our guests for their excursions enjoying the park.
Maintenance: perform daily building maintenance duties including, but not limited to, plumbing leaks and stoppages, painting, furniture assembly and repair and general duties.
