The winter season runs from late November 2020 through late April 2020. There is a week of clean up at the end of the season available for some employees.

Most positions don't need any experience other than customer service skills and a good work ethic. Most kitchen and management positions do require at least 3 - 5 years of experience.

All applicants should be aware that housing on site is dormitory style with shared bath in hall. A respect for your fellow employees is a must. References will be checked for work ethic along with honesty and integrity.

  • Dining Room Manager

    Housekeeper

    General role: to perform cleaning duties of lodge rooms and public areas per lodge standards. Housekeepers use a checklist to perform cleaning duties so that rooms are sanitary, attractive and ready for guests.  Assists other housekeepers as necessary to complete the cleaning in a timely manner.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Clean guest rooms per lodge protocols.
    • Maintain housekeeping carts with cleaning supplies, linen, towels, etc.
    • Replenish guest rooms with bath supplies, towels, and amenities.
    • Strip and re-make beds with fresh linen.
    • Stock closets with linens, supplies, and place amenities such as rollaway beds back in their proper locations.
    • Dust and polish furniture and equipment.
    • Request repair services per lodge procedure.
    • Observe precautions required to protect lodge and guest property, and report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisor.
    • Carry linens, towels, toilet items etc with cart.
    • Replenish bathroom supplies such as drinking glasses, linens, writing supplies, etc.
    • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Must be organized and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must be reliable and prompt to work.
    • Must be at least 18 years of age
    • Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
    • Must follow all lodge protocols regarding cleaning of guest rooms and public areas.
    • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, & lift for extended periods of time. Must be able to bend, kneel, handle, reach, grasp, and perform repetitive motions.
    • Must be able to lift up to 30lbs.
    • Must be prepared to be flexible due to weather conditions – ie staying later due to road closures or coming up early due to road closures.

    • Clear and reset tables as needed

    • Assist in completion of post-shift clean-up and side work duties according to checklist
    • Inspect guest orders for completeness and quality prior to delivery to the table

    • Sweep and scrub kitchen floors to ensure a clean and safe work area
    • Bag kitchen trash and transport to the dumpsters, maintaining the cleanliness of this area as well
    • Assist in the preparation and serving of food as may be required
    • Stock supplies such as food items and utensils in kitchen and storage areas
    • Maintain dishwashing machine and report any mechanical faults to supervisor

    General Description: Launders, folds, and delivers all the linens, towels, and uniforms of the lodge.

    Employment: Full Time Seasonal

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Cleans all lodge linens, including dining room, guest room, and kitchen linens, with commercial laundry equipment.
    • Deliver laundry bags to the laundry room from throughout the hotel.
    • Launder and restock employee uniforms.
    • Restock pool area towels and kitchen rags.
    • Stock housekeeping closets with linens and place amenities such as rollaway beds back in their proper locations.
    • Clean and maintain the laundry room.

    • Disinfect and sanitize high-touch areas per lodge protocols.

    • Dust and vacuum.
    • Maintain custodial carts and closets with supplies.
    • Perform nightly turndown service.
    • Assist laundry attendants with cleaning, folding, and restocking closets.

    General role: Sous chef and assistant manager in a fast-paced, highly organized kitchen.

    • The active ability and knowledge to work all stations, recipes, prep lists, and kitchen duties
    • Directly supervises/delegates all food production
