Southeast Mountain Guides is hiring! As we celebrate 25 years in the Red River Gorge, we are seeking people who care about climbing, people, and excellent service. We offer guided climbing, rappelling, and the nation’s first Via Ferrata in the Red River Gorge. Our team values authentic connection, professionalism, growth, servant leadership, and hardworking teamwork.
