The Popcorn Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Yukon Heath’s Popcorn Emporium, ensuring excellent customer service, high-quality products, food safety, and smooth day-to-day business operations. This role helps maintain an organized, profitable, and guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old

• Customer Service Focused

• Previous experience in retail, food service, hospitality, or management preferred

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Detailed Oriented

• Must be proficient in English

• Ability to lift 25 lbs. regularly and 50 pounds occasionally 

• Drivers License

• Wiliness to work in a performative environment

Responsibilities

Store Operations

• Oversee daily opening, operating, and closing procedures

• Ensure the store remains clean, organized, fully stocked, and guest-ready

• Monitor daily operations and adjust staffing or workflow as needed during busy periods

• Ensure company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures are followed

Product Production & Quality

• Oversee daily popcorn production, packaging, labeling, and product presentation

• Maintain product quality, freshness, consistency, and portion control

• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and proper storage standards are maintained

• Manage production levels to meet demand while minimizing waste

Inventory & Ordering

• Monitor inventory levels for ingredients, packaging and beverages

• Provide weekly inventory lists and track product usage

• Help manage food, supply, and operational costs

Customer Experience

• Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently

• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming guest experience

• Support product knowledge and upselling opportunities with staff
