Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Worker – Work Outside in the Colorado Rockies

Join the Grounds Maintenance team at YMCA of the Rockies – Snow Mountain Ranch, where you'll help care for one of Colorado's premier mountain destinations. From colorful flower beds and scenic trails to snow-covered walkways and sprawling landscapes, your work will directly shape the experience of more than 50,000 guests each year.

What You'll Do

• Keep our grounds beautiful, safe, and guest-ready year-round

• Plant and maintain flowers, trees, shrubs, and landscaped areas

• Operate and maintain irrigation systems

• Remove snow and help keep walkways safe during winter

• Assist with trail and road grooming projects

• Safely operate landscaping equipment, vehicles, and power tools

• Help preserve the natural beauty of Snow Mountain Ranch

Who We're Looking For

You enjoy working outdoors in all kinds of weather and take pride in seeing the results of a hard day's work. You're dependable, safety-minded, and appreciate being part of a team that values stewardship and service.

Experience with landscaping, irrigation systems, mowers, tractors, chainsaws, or other grounds equipment is helpful, but we're willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn.

A valid driver's license is required.
