What You'll Do

• Welcome guests with friendly, professional service

• Check guests in and out using our reservation system

• Answer questions and assist with guest requests in person and by phone

• Resolve concerns with confidence, professionalism, and care

• Accurately process payments and balance daily transactions

• Support a busy front desk while maintaining a positive guest experience

• Help ensure every guest feels valued from arrival to departure

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or GED

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Previous hotel, front desk, or hospitality experience preferred

• Comfort using computers and office equipment

• Excellent attention to detail and reliability

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional Night Audit shifts

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds while assisting guests
