As an Outdoor Education Instructor, you'll lead engaging classes, facilitate outdoor adventures, and create meaningful experiences that connect students with nature. From teaching environmental science and ecology to leading hikes and experiential activities, every day offers a new opportunity to spark curiosity and build confidence in young learners.
What You'll Do
Teach interactive outdoor education classes for visiting school groups
Develop and enhance curriculum that brings learning to life
Lead students through hands-on environmental and experiential learning activities
Build positive relationships with teachers, school leaders, and students
Support program operations and contribute to a collaborative team environment
Experience mountain living while making a lasting impact on youth
We're Looking For
Enthusiastic educators, naturalists, and outdoor leaders
Individuals 18+ who enjoy working with youth
Students or graduates in Education, Environmental Studies, Biology, Science, or related fields
Team players with strong communication and organizational skills
Adventurers ready to hike, explore, and teach outdoors daily
