Trade the ordinary for mountain peaks, campfires, backpacking trips, and life-changing mentorship in the Colorado Rockies! YMCA of the Rockies is seeking adventurous, energetic, and purpose-driven leaders to join our Elevate Gap Program team as Gap Program Facilitators for Fall 2026.
This is more than a seasonal job — it’s an opportunity to inspire young adults, lead unforgettable outdoor adventures, and build a meaningful community surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of Rocky Mountain National Park.
As a Gap Program Facilitator, you’ll mentor participants ages 18-23 through a transformational semester of adventure, hospitality work, personal growth, and self-discovery. From leading multi-day backpacking trips and sunrise hikes to facilitating workshops and supporting participants through challenges, every day brings new opportunities to create impact.
