Bike & Fish Technician – Snow Mountain Ranch

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and service our rental fleet (hardtail, full suspension & E-MTBs)

• Keep bikes, helmets, and fishing gear clean, safe, and adventure-ready

• Rent bikes and fishing equipment to guests and provide top-tier service

• Train team members on rental procedures and shop operations

• Assist guests with trail recommendations, fishing spots, and activities

• Operate the rental desk, including POS transactions and daily opening/closing

• Lead Adventure Activities like guided hikes, climbing wall sessions, and bike rides

• Stay knowledgeable about trails and experiences across Snow Mountain Ranch

What You Bring

• Passion for mountain biking and the outdoors

• Experience with basic bike maintenance and repair (we’ll train you further)

• Comfort working with guests of all ages and backgrounds

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain during training)

• Knowledge of the surrounding mountain area is a plus
