From archery and climbing walls to guided hikes, roller skating, tubing hills, and science experiments, this is more than a job—it’s a chance to create unforgettable memories for guests of all ages while living and working in one of Colorado’s most beautiful destinations.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead recreation programs, games, and family activities

• Facilitate archery, sports, nature programs, climbing wall, mini-golf, roller rink, and more

• Guide seasonal hikes and snowshoe adventures

• Assist guests with registration and equipment rentals

• Help operate tubing hills, ice skating rink, and Nordic Center

• Support dog sledding programs during winter season

• Ensure guest safety while creating a fun experience

• Maintain recreation equipment and program spaces

• Deliver exceptional hospitality to every guest

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Fluent in spoken English

• Current Adult & Pediatric First Aid and CPR/AED certifications required

• Outgoing, energetic, and guest-focused personality

• Comfortable leading groups of all ages

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Positive attitude with flexibility in a fast-paced environment

• Must meet criminal background check standards
