This role is for someone who has previous experience working with sailing, kayaks, canoes, and/or paddle boards and has all the necessary skills to pass a Lifeguard Certification. Our Boating Specialist role works under our Waterfront Director and with the Waterfront Staff team. This role involves staff supervision and coaching, creating engaging programs for youth ages 8 to 16, and maintaining the waterfront and equipment through the summer season.
Our Boating Specialist role is great for someone looking to step into a leadership position!
Room and board is covered while on site.

- Our cabins are cozy, rustic and well maintained. All cabins have electricity and screened windows for fresh breezes. Staff sleep in twin-sized beds with comfortable mattresses. We provide bed linens, a sleeping bag, and a pillow. All cabins are within eyesight of the central bathroom and shower facilities, all of which have been recently renovated.
