Currently recruiting for the season from January 14th, 2026 to September 1st, 2026.
BOLD & GOLD inspires courage, confidence, and multi-cultural leadership in diverse groups of young people ages 11-18 years old through wilderness experiences. The challenge and beauty of the outdoors comes together on our 1 to 3 week expeditions. Currently we are looking for talented educators to lead our backpacking, fishing, yoga, rock climbing, and mountaineering expeditions this summer.
Our base is in Seattle, WA and we run programs all over the PNW including Olympic National Park, North Cascades National Park and Mt. Rainier.
