Maintenance Technician
Job Summary:
Maintenance Technicians must have general maintenance skills necessary for repairs and preservation of historic buildings. Ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, a keen eye for details, and focused problem solving.
The Details:
Position Type: Seasonal
Season Dates: starting in May and ending in September or October 2026 (dates vary by location)
Pay: $17.25/hr
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40+ hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)
Sous Chef
Our Sous Chefs must have a working knowledge of all BOH positions; equipment; and understanding of production records. Sous Chefs are responsible for leading the BOH team towards the goal of providing excellent guest service in an efficient manner. Being able to remain calm in a high stress environment is essential for these positions. Managers’ ServSafe Food Handlers certificate will be required. Class will be available while at property.

Preparing high-quality cold foods and salads in a timely manner while closely communicating with the chef on duty.

Restaurant Manager
Job Summary:
To lead and support a Front-of-House (FOH) team in delivering outstanding guest experiences in a casual fine dining environment. The Restaurant Manager plays a key role in daily operations, staff development, and service quality, helping to create a welcoming and memorable dining experience for park visitors from around the world. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working in a dynamic team setting, and is excited to live and work in a beautiful natural environment.

Works closely with Housekeeping Manager to ensure high productivity and quality control on daily basis in all guest rooms and public areas are met by Company’s and National Park Services standards.
