University of Georgia - Georgia 4-H at Camp Jekyll

This Environmental Educator positions primary responsibility is to lead K-12 grade students through multidisciplinary classes in an outdoor setting. Class subjects offered include life and earth science, ecology, and marine science. Other responsibilities include animal care, maintenance of teaching areas and resources, facilities, grounds, and support of general operations of the facility.

Located on Jekyll Island, GA only 1200' from the beach, our campus is surrounded by beautiful conservation area which includes Maritime Forests, Salt Marshes, and Coastal Sand Dunes.
