Under Canvas Acadia seeks a line cook to join our creative team. We are looking for eager people to learn and grow as a chef in a dynamic environment and fast paced kitchen. We focus on local ingredients, especially seafood, and partner with many local farmers to produce an inspired menu. Our season runs May through October and includes room and board.
