Cook
Job Summary:
Cooks should anticipate working across all stations and using all kitchen equipment. Depending on the venue, you can anticipate working multiple stations that include batch production, high volume ala carte, prep, pantry, and banquets.
The Details:
Position Type: Full-time Year-round preferred, some Seasonal positions may be available.
Start Dates: As soon as possible on next available check in date (approximately three weeks). June start dates also available
Pay: 19.85-21.65/hr.
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days/per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)
Sous Chef
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sous Chef to assist in the in the management of kitchen operations, which includes food production for all dining outlets. This position is responsible for managing a staff of 6-12 employees per shift in food production and and cleaning and reports directly to the Chef. Our mission is to provide legendary service to our guests visiting from all over the world, and your work is instrumental to our success!

Employee Dining Manager
Job Summary:
The Employee Dining Room Manager/Employee Restaurant Manager is a newly created leadership role focused on elevating the employee dining experience at The Oasis at Death Valley. This position oversees daily front‑ and back‑of‑house operations of the Employee Dining Room and Employee Pub, ensuring high standards in service, menu execution, cleanliness, and team engagement. The Manager works closely with kitchen leadership, chefs, and Food & Beverage leadership to support smooth operations, consistent food quality, and a positive employee experience. This is an ideal opportunity for a Food & Beverage leader who is passionate about people, hospitality, and making a meaningful impact in a truly one‑of‑a‑kind resort setting.

Pay: $27.30/hr
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40-50 hours, 5 days per week (will include weekends, evenings, and holidays)
