We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bartender/Server at The Lost Resorts in Greer, Arizona. This unique opportunity offers a private room and shared bathroom in on-site housing (pet-friendly) and a chance to live and work amidst the stunning White Mountains.

FOH Position (Bartender/Server): As a key part of our Front of House team, you will provide exceptional service, interact with guests at our rustic barn-turned-restaurant, and assist with our weddings and special events.

Requirements:

• At least 2 - 3 years of experience in the respective role (Bartending experience required)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

• Strong communication and teamwork skills - willing to play any role required for a successful service / event! 

• Postive attitude 

• Must be eligible to work in the United States

• Must be willing to relocate to Greer, Arizona, and live on-site in pet-friendly private housing

• **MUST HAVE RELIABLE VEHICLE**

Seasonal Schedule:

• Start: We are looking for an applicant who can start as soon as possible, ideally by beginning of August if not sooner. For the perfect fit, we can work around a start time later into August if needed. 

• Restaurant Season runs through end of October; Wedding Season through mid-November. Season end date November 25, 2026. 

• Potential for year-round positions after the season ends

Compensation:

• FOH: $11.70/hour + tips (starting hourly pay dependent on experience)
