LOST Resort sits on 5 acres in the heart of Greer and abuts thousands of acres of National Forest Service protected land. The Little Colorado River runs right through the center of the resort and our brand new cabins cozy up to our private trout ponds, making each stay a unique waterside experience. Our private resort offers all-inclusive family vacations and hosts special groups and destination weddings primarily in the summer, spring and fall. Being a simple 10-minute drive from Sunrise Ski Resort, LOST Resort is also the perfect winter location to ski, sled, or enjoy the snow. Regardless of the season, guests enjoy unmatched hospitality from our staff.

We encourage our staff members to engage, dine and build relationships with the families who vacation with us, and we have tried to build into each job experience opportunities to enjoy activities and experiences with our guests, which is a key focus of what we offer here at LOST Resort.

Guided hikes, fly-fishing, mountain bike riding, kayaking/paddle-boarding, horseback riding, wildlife viewing are some of the activities that our guests and staff will enjoy. The relationships built between our staff and guests are an important part of working at LOST Resort and we believe these relationships will play a big part of why guests will return year after year.

Ideal Candidate

All positions at LOST Resort require an “all hands on deck” mentality. We are seeking candidates who have high energy and a desire to be active and engaged all day, an excellent work ethic, an outgoing personality, and an interest in a variety of job activities throughout their day. All staff should work well with others, have a passion for outdoor living and experiences, be engaging with guests, and always be thinking about providing exceptional service.

Room and Board

LOST Resort provides on-site room and board for all employees which includes housing and three meals a day. Employee housing includes individual cabins for managerial full-time employees and a shared bunkhouse-style setting with other employees for seasonal full-time staff.  Enjoy the same delicious meals prepared for our guests.

Getting Here and Getting Around

The small town of Greer is the premier mountain retreat in Arizona. Located a few hour’s drive from Scottsdale, Tucson and Flagstaff.  Driving a personal car is a great option for getting around, but it is not necessary to have your own transportation to work at LOST Resort. That said having a personal car will make it easy for you to adventure off property as there is no public transportation available in Greer.  If you do not have a vehicle, we will provide transportation from surrounding major cities.

For Fun

During your downtime, staff can enjoy many of the same activities as our guests whether that means taking advantage of our on-site activities or exploring the surrounding area, which includes access to abundant outdoor recreation in every direction.  This includes biking, hiking, fishing, kayaking, horseback riding, skiing, and other mountain activities.
