What & Where
This is a full‑time Kitchen Manager position at the Hungry Moose Town Center location in Big Sky, Montana. You’ll oversee daily deli operations including production, service, food safety, inventory, and team leadership. Reporting to the Location Manager, you’ll be a key ambassador of the Hungry Moose brand—leading peak service, supporting your team, and ensuring every customer receives friendly, high‑quality service.

How You’ll Lead
This is a hands‑on leadership role built for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll manage inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, labor planning, and cost controls while coaching and developing your team. You’ll support onboarding and training, provide real‑time feedback, and help foster a positive, inclusive workplace where people want to stay and grow. During peak times, you’ll be right on the floor—leading by example.
