Family‑owned since 1994, the Hungry Moose is a beloved grocery, deli, and wine shop serving locals and visitors in the heart of Big Sky. With locations in Town Center and at the base of Big Sky Resort, we’re a cornerstone of the community — and a great place to work for people who love food, teamwork, and mountain life.

Positions Available

• Deli Staff (some cooking experience preferred)

• Grocery Staff (customer service experience preferred)

  
  Start Dates: Flexible — mid‑May through late June
  Summer season runs through September

Pay, Perks & Benefits

• $16.00–$17.50/hour starting wage, based on experience

• Tip pool participation

• 35% grocery discount & 20% beer/wine discount (21+)

Employee Housing Available

Fully furnished employee housing within walking distance of work or near free shuttle routes.

• Double rooms: $242.31 biweekly

• Single rooms: $323.08 biweekly (limited availability)

• Utilities included (internet not included)

• In‑unit washer/dryer

• No pets, no smoking

Housing costs subject to small annual increases.

What You’ll Do

Depending on your role, you may:

• Provide friendly, authentic customer service

• Prepare and serve made‑to‑order deli foods

• Stock shelves and rotate grocery products

• Run register and assist customers efficiently

• Help maintain a clean, organized store

• Support teammates and step in where needed

Training provided, including Food Handler and Alcohol Serving Safety certifications.
