The Gant is Aspen’s finest condominium resort, offering 143 condominiums, two pools, three hot tubs, five tennis courts, and a fitness center. Nestled into Aspen Mountain, we are three blocks from the gondola and a few minutes' walk to downtown Aspen.
The presentation at The Gant is professional and polished; the environment is friendly and relaxed. Our culture is supportive and inclusive, and we can often be found skiing and hitting the town together.
The Employee Experience
Our community is very close-knit, and The Gant, as a part of that community, is also very tight. We work very closely together, and know that we are all on the same page when a guest comes in for the first time, or 100th time. We work hard, and we play hard. We believe in wellness for the mind and body and often find ourselves on a hike before or after work, skiing during a split shift, or finding our inner peace at a local yoga studio. This is a great place to hone in on those special skills you've been complimented on your whole life - Come to Aspen! Come to The Gant and show us what you've got!

We offer reasonably priced employee housing in various furnished apartments. Most rooms are set up as double occupancy, with the opportunity to reserve single occupancy based on availability. Our housing is located within Aspen city limits and is just a few minutes’ walk to both The Gant and downtown Aspen. We do not allow pets in employee housing. Leases are seasonal, not annual. Please inquire for more information.
Employee Perks
Winter Employment includes an Aspen/Snowmass ski pass with IKON base pass, allowing you to ski Aspen, Snowmass, Buttermilk, and Highlands Mountains for the entire winter (with no blackout days). Employees who complete their seasonal commitment are eligible for a performance-based end-of-season bonus. For staff that aren't super into skiing/snowboarding, there is a wellness option for you, too!
Getting Here and Getting Around
Aspen is located 42 miles south of Interstate 70 and is easily accessible by car in the winter or summer. Aspen Airport is located just minutes from downtown Aspen. Alternatively, you can fly into Eagle/Vail or Denver and take ground transportation to the hotel, which we can help you arrange!
