We are looking for a full time winter care taker at our full service Alaskan fishing lodge, you will maintain our main lodge and all its buildings, while maintaining all systems and ground threw the winter. we will provide you with internet, fuel, and heating oil, you must have experience felling trees and cutting wood.
this position is in a remote area of Alaska on prince of whales island, anyone interested in this position MUST HAVE REMOTE LIVEING EXPERINCE IN ALASKA OR WESTERN STATES IN A OFF GRID SISTUATION.
daily tasks will encompass cutting wood, running generators, shoveling snow and mechanical, and some construction projects as well as inventory and cleaning.
during the summer months you will lead our maintenance team and facilities, as well as water and water water facilities. you will also lead projects and run boat during the winter and summer months, so BOATING EXPERAINCE IS A MUST.
we have a zero tolerance to drugs and alcoholism! nor cupels who are not married!
