Duties:
Collaborates with the head chef to direct food preparation.
Helps design the food and drink menu.
Produces high-quality plates, considering both design and taste.
Oversees and supervises the kitchen staff.
Assists with menu planning, inventory, and supply management.
Keeps stations clean and complies with food safety standards.
Monitors and maintains kitchen equipment.
Offers suggestions and creative ideas that can improve upon the kitchen’s performance.
Skills / Qualifications: EXPERANCE IN A WILDERSNES SETTING A BIG PLUS.
role must have Previous chef/cook experience is necessary, a minimum of 1 years and 2year is a preferred. Demonstrated quality written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to analyze and solve problems; efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision; work flexible hours as required, including nights/weekends. Positive attitude, professional manner, and appearance in all situations. Ability to maintain accurate control and inventory counts.
Be able to work as a team and help the team in any way needed. complete all task assigned by the head chef/sous chef. complete any assignments assigned by management.
All departments work as a team, (we all work to help each other)
We require drug testing, corporate orientation, first aid, and CPR training.
All of our positions require the above duties/skills & qualifications but are not limited to those items listed.
