We're a small, busy, family owned lodge near the headwaters of the Salmon River and at the base of the Sawtooth mountains in central Idaho. We have a busy restaurant and ice cream counter, lodging, small store, gasoline pumps, and RV park.
Smiley Creek Lodge is located in the small community of Sawtooth City 37 miles north of Sun Valley/ Ketchum and 23 miles South of Stanley. Stanley Sluice Ale House is located in the small town of Stanley, Idaho.

The Stanley Sluice Ale House is a restaurant located in the Stanley Town Square that has a Pacific Northwest Fusion menu with a strong selection of regional beers and wines.

Room and Board
Housing or RV site as well as some meals are provided for full time employees.
We offer our employees one meal per shift and half price on all other meals whether they are working or not. We also offer discounts on store items and lodging nights for visiting friends or family.
Getting Here and Getting Around
We are somewhat isolated so having your own transportation is recommended.

We are looking for dynamic, motivated people to for our Summer 2018 season. We provide a competitive wage to professionals who take pride in what they do. We also schedule 2 days off a week and encourage our crew to explore our beautiful Sawtooth area.
Wash and put away dishes, help with some food prep and help maintain a clean kitchen environment.
Oversees our food production and catering operations. Design and manage revolving menus, broaden our client base, manage customer satisfaction levels, maintain and develop standards of service, and work closely with the general manager to expand operations.
Prepare food for guests in extremely fast paced and busy environment. Previous line-cook experience necessary.
We are looking for outgoing individuals who have previous server experience.
