Currently recruiting for the season from April 9th, 2026 to October 16th, 2026.

Shining Sails is a family-run B&B, Inn, and Property Management business. We are a close-knit staff operating 11 units for nightly rental and 20 privately owned homes for weekly rental.

Monhegan Island is located 12 miles out to sea. 2/3 of the island is wildlands with over 17 miles of hiking trails. A longtime haven of artists, fishermen and birders; if you enjoy the outdoors and a slower pace of life then this is the place for you.
