Seldovia Bay Ferry operates between Seldovia and Homer (home port is Seldovia) usually starting the season off around Memorial Day and ending around Labor Day, weather permitting. We seek to serve visitors and locals alike so the position is both customer service heavy and rewarding! We do experience heavy freight needs the crew is responsible for helping with. Can't beat our views or our schedule! Two round trips a day with evenings off to enjoy the summer in Seldovia.

Seldovia Village Tribe owns and operates Seldovia Bay Ferry and is proud to serve our Kachemak Bay communities through reliable transportation at a low-cost rate. The Kachemak Voyager operates 4 sailings a day, 6 days a week from May to September (7 days a week in July), providing a fast, reliable 45-minute passenger and light freight service between Seldovia and Homer, Alaska.
