If you're ready to take on the dual roles of mixologist and server in the heart of the Wild West, come join us for an exciting opportunity!
Pay: Starting at $15.25 DOE (plus shared gratuities). This is a seasonal position, part-time to full-time hours. Must be available all days and all shifts between May 1st & Oct. 10th.
Benefits: We provide on-site housing, crew meals & snacks, and access to Ranch activities during your off hours.

What You’ll Do:
Mixology Marvel: Craft and serve a diverse range of beverages, from classic cocktails to innovative concoctions, delighting guests with your mixology expertise.
Event Magic: Contribute to the success of ranch events by seamlessly navigating between bartending duties and evening activities, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests.
Bar and Dining Area Maintenance: Keep the dining areas, main lodge bar, and saloon and dining well-stocked, organized, and inviting, ensuring a seamless flow of operations.
Team Player: Collaborate with fellow servers, kitchen staff, and ranch hands to ensure the success of every dining experience.
What We're Looking For:
Responsible Service: Compliance with all responsible alcohol service guidelines is essential to ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests. Preference will be given to non-drinking applicants, as this role involves overseeing guests and their enjoyment of the ranch.
Dynamic Duo: 2+ years of proven experience as a server, including as an expeditor, as well as a bartender, showcasing versatility and adaptability in both roles.
Engaging Personality: A friendly and outgoing demeanor, able to connect with guests and create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Service Excellence: A commitment to providing exceptional service, anticipating guest needs, and going above and beyond to create memorable experiences.
Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling the demands of both bartending and activities with ease.
Communication Skills: An excellent communicator, able to speak, write, and understand English fluently – additional languages a plus!
Physicality: Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time, in rugged terrain and natural elements (rain, wind, humidity, snow, etc.). Also must be able to kneel, crawl, push, pull, and lift heavy objects & equipment up to 50 lbs.

Helping closing down the lodge area which includes helping clear and put away and dishes and glasses, helping the servers with serving food and drinks at all our tables. We have approximately 32 guests per week and also 22 staff members.
