Experience necessary for busy, up-scale restaurant.  This position requires carrying heavy trays.  Must be able to stand and carry at least 50 pounds. Duties include maintaining a clean restaurant and wait station and completing side work every shift. Tipping those who help you do your job is necessary for this position.

This position is fast paced and requires a person with a great attitude. You are the guest’s first and last impression!  Greet and seat customers, help with cleaning and resetting tables. The host is the cashier and also makes espresso drinks. You must be able to count money accurately and give correct change. Must be able to stand for an entire shift and carry 50 pounds.  This is a tipped position.

This position involves general cleaning as well as dishes. Cleaning and stocking of dishes, silverware, and pots/pans are daily routine. Operation of commercial dish machine and stocking of cleaning chemicals are necessary functions.  Must be able to stand and carry 50 pounds.

This position requires a person with a great attitude. You are the guest’s first and last impression!  We are looking for a people person who can work accurately in a high pressure environment. Duties include answering phones, checking guests in and out of rooms and making computer reservations on line. Responsibilities carry over into gift shop as well. Organization, attention to detail, math and multi-tasking are necessary skills. Basic knowledge of Excel is helpful.  Must be able to stand for an entire shift and climb stairs.

Duties include clearing, sanitizing and resetting tables and assisting the server. Must be able to carry heavy loads, be quick, neat and pay attention to detail. This is a tipped position.

This is a resort bar, not a night club. The bartender make drinks for bar patrons and for the servers in the restaurant. Full restaurant menu is served in the bar, by the bartender. Duties include making drinks, serving food, bussing and cleaning bar tables, washing bar glasses, cashier, maintaining a clean bar room and maintaining order.  You must be able to accurately count money and give correct change.  Must be able to stand for an entire shift and carry 50 pounds.

The bartender/server schedule will be 2 shifts as a bartender and 3 days as server most weeks.

The majority of this job will be grounds keeping.  Duties include mowing, raking, watering, weed pulling, sweeping, digging, painting, cleaning and arranging outdoor furniture and occasionally assisting our maintenance crew.  Must be able to lift 50 pounds.  Must have a valid driver's license.  Some experience necessary.
