The General Property Maintenance position performs maintenance work around the Ticaboo Lodge, nightly rental homes, RV park, Trading Post and Grill, and employee housing. General home and property maintenance experience is required. The General Property Maintenance position is a seasonal role that ends October 31st.
Responsibilities
- Completes repairs at company owned properties including the lodge, rental homes, convenience store, and employee housing accurately and with lasting quality
- Assists with upkeep of grounds and pool at the Ticaboo Lodge, and grounds at rental homes, RV park, and employee housing
- Empties guest trash and hauls trash receptacles to the local landfill; charges mobile trash receptacles to ensure scheduled removal
- Operates and drives light vehicles, lawn mowers, and other machinery
- Performs light maintenance and troubleshooting on vehicles such as oil change, tire rotation, and battery charging
- Perform routine cleaning and organizing tasks in various work areas
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications- Some prior general property maintenance experience preferred, including working with plumbing & pipe repair, cooling and heating, gas stoves, water heaters, basic carpentry, siding, roofing, power tools, and other building components.
- Must be willing and able to pass pool certification course
- Must be able to perform physically repetitive tasks in a hot climate
- Must have a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift of walking, bending, reaching and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- High School graduate or GED
- Must submit to and pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to relocate to a remote setting before starting work

The Marine Services Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing and assisting the North Lake Powell Marine services director and department staff with daily operations including dry boat storage, houseboat launch and retrievals, and mechanical service orders with a focus on providing exemplary customer service, team safety and security. The Marine Services Assistant Manager is a seasonal position ending October 31st, however a possibility for full time employment exists for the right person. Pay may be negotiable depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Order and receive inventory
- Use storage systems to create and manage storage accounts
- Use service systems to create service orders and sell displayed and inventoried marine parts
- Schedule dry storage pleasure boat set outs
- Work with the houseboat crew to schedule launch and retrieval of houseboats to and from the lake
- Assist with customer relations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Prior experience with storage and service systems such as LiteSpeed and Sitelink preferred but not required
- Prior experience in customer service preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, climb stairs, bend, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs.
- High School graduate or GED
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Must be able to relocate to a remote setting before starting work

As a Ticaboo Lodge Housekeeper, you’ll work with a small team dedicated to ensuring an ideal guest experience through attention to detail and a welcoming attitude. We’re looking for candidates who can work a schedule that includes weekends and holidays. The Housekeeping position is a seasonal role that ends October 31st, 2024.
Responsibilities
- Give exceptional service and a smile to all guests
- Clean lodge rooms and rental homes, including but not limited to:
- Floors, bathrooms, kitchens, beds, and laundry
- Work efficiently and effectively to maintain a high standard of cleanliness with a strong attention to sanitation in guest rooms and homes
- Work with the Lodge manager to reorder supplies and address maintenance needs
- Be helpful and friendly towards coworkers and staff
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications- Must have a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to climb stairs, bend, stoop and twist
- Ability to lift 40 lbs.
- Ability to work various days of the week, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to sustain productive work with minimal supervision
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Must submit to and pass a criminal background check
