The Opportunity November 30th - April 20th
We are seeking a polished, personable, and highly organized Member Concierge Associate to serve as a primary point of contact for our members and their guests. In this role, you will be at the heart of the club experience — anticipating needs, facilitating seamless reservations and requests, and delivering a level of service that reflects the standards of a premier private club. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and takes genuine pride in exceeding expectations. You will work closely with all departments to ensure that every member interaction is handled with professionalism, discretion, and warmth.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for members and guests, providing a warm, professional welcome in person, by phone, and via email.
Manage reservations for dining, recreation, events, and other club amenities.
Respond promptly and accurately to member inquiries, requests, and feedback, ensuring timely follow-through on all commitments.
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill member requests and ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date member profiles, preferences, and communication records within the club management system.
Proactively communicate club events, programming, and announcements to members through appropriate channels.
Handle sensitive member situations with discretion, empathy, and sound judgment, escalating when necessary.
Support front desk operations, including opening and closing procedures and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Stay current on all club services, amenities, and offerings to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
Competencies
Proficient in English reading, writing, and comprehension; additional language skills are a plus.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, leadership, and members/guests.
Anticipates needs and delivers personalized, attentive service to every member and guest.
Communicates clearly and professionally across all channels — in person, by phone, and in writing.
Handles sensitive member information with the utmost professionalism and respect for privacy.
Maintains accuracy in reservations, member records, and follow-through on commitments.
Remains calm and effective in a dynamic, high-volume environment with shifting priorities.
Works effectively across departments to deliver a cohesive and seamless member experience.
Comfortably adapts to variable volume demands across winter and summer seasons, with strong planning and execution skills.
Qualifications
Must be available to work the entire winter season, December through mid-April.
Previous experience in a concierge, front desk, or guest services role, preferably within a private club, luxury hotel, or high-end hospitality environment.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with a discerning membership base.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with club management software (Jonas, Club Essential, or similar) preferred; ability to quickly learn new systems required.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite and general comfort with technology platforms.
Ability toworka flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by club operations.
Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury private club environment.
A proactive,solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's orbachelor's degree in Hospitality Managementor a related field preferred.
CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred).
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Working Conditions
The environment is characterized by a typical hotel setting — primarily indoors, at a front desk or member services area. Exposure to outdoor elements may occur when escorting members or assisting with outdoor events. Work hours will vary, generally falling between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Working nights, weekends, and holidays is required. A professional dress code and appearance is required at all times.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time (6–8 hours per shift).
Ability to sit for prolonged periods when working at a computer or desk.
Frequent use of hands for typing, writing, and operating office equipment.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25–30 pounds occasionally (luggage, event materials, supply deliveries).
Ability to bend, stoop, and reach as needed.
Sufficient vision and hearing to communicate effectively with members and operate computer systems.
Ability to speak clearly and be understood in person and over the phone.
