EMPLOYEE SHUTTLE DRIVER

The Employee Shuttle Driver plays a key role in creating a positive experience for our team from the moment their day begins. This position is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting employees between Town Center and Moonlight Basin, ensuring punctual, friendly, and professional service at every stop.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Greet employees with a warm, welcoming attitude at every interaction.

• Safely and courteously transport employees to and from Moonlight Basin according to the established schedule.

• Maintain punctuality across all pick-up and drop-off points, ensuring team members arrive and depart on time.

• Assist with the routine maintenance, servicing, and cleanliness of the shuttle — both interior and exterior.

• Approach all employee interactions with a friendly, service-oriented mindset.

• Maintain regular attendance in accordance with Moonlight Basin scheduling standards.

• Uphold high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag while on duty.

• Follow all Moonlight Basin policies and safety regulations to support efficient and secure operations.

• Maintain working knowledge of and assist in all emergency procedures as needed.

KEYS TO SUCCESS

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record required.

• Commercial experience driving large passenger vans preferred.

• Experience driving on mountainous roads required.

• Minimum two years of customer service experience, preferably in a transportation or hospitality setting.

• Ability to operate both standard and automatic passenger vehicles.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Committed to upholding safety, security, and confidentiality at all times.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• High energy, positive attitude, and genuine enthusiasm for serving others.

• Ability to sit and drive for up to 10 hours per shift; regular breaks provided.

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak season.
