McCarthy Lodge Resort - CDL Freight Driver drives McCarthy - Anchorage round trip with pick ups in Anchorage (320 miles each way). The last 60 miles is a scenic gravel road through America's largest national Park, Wrangell St-Elias.
26' Refrigerated Box Truck. Multiple Pickups in Anchorage for return trip to McCarthy. Once a week trip. Two, 10-hour days. Day 1 drive from McCarthy to Anchorage. Day 2 Pick up at multiple stops in Anchorage and drive back to McCarthy. Additional freight hauling days are possible.

Anchorage or Anchorage area residents are a plus! This can also work as originating and returning to Anchorage instead of McCarthy - if you already live in the Anchorage area.

Property Manager and Driver
This role will be based in Anchorage with occasional travel.
We are looking for a physically fit, reliable and responsible houseman to operate across our home/ personal property and when necessary; our businesses on a permanent, year-round, part-time basis, averaging 2 days per week.
You will have a background in housekeeping whether privately or in a hotel, club, facility etc, strong DIY and maintenance skills, you may have been a caretaker or tradesman and you should be a proficient cleaner, perhaps having previously worked as a janitor etc. You must have a driver's license and declare any criminal convictions please. You will also have to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
Your role and responsibilities will include:
Regular light cleaning and monthly deep cleaning using tools such as a carpet cleaner and upholstery cleaner.
Laundry; including ironing, steaming and folding.
Pet management; bathing, sitting, walking, vet visits and transportation. One dog.
Errands such as to the post office, depot, groceries and pick-up collection of online orders, dry cleaning.
Driving and chauffeuring e.g. airport drop off, late night venue collection and returning home. Additionally, cleaning, storing, organizing and maintaining vehicles.
Securing and protection of family property on and offsite.

The Town of McCarthy (Shuttle Stop is at The Mercantile) to Kennicott - a 4.5 mile loop that takes all park visitors up to Kennicott from their arrival at the end of the road and in McCarthy, to the famous Mill Site for a day's adventure. Driving park visitors and our guests back to McCarthy after a full day's adventure follows a prompt schedule. There are two stops if any along the way to or from Kennicott, a 20 minute, 15 MPH ride; (slowing to 10mph in McCarthy and within the last mile to Kennicott).
