Work with the Head Wrangler to provide a top tier horse program centered around safety and an exceptional guest experience. Work with the Head Wrangler to prepare work schedules, rides sheets, and guest assignments weekly. With Head Wrangler train wranglers in the performance of their duties. Supervise ranch horse activities including but not limited to lease and care of horses, controlling and budgeting supplies, and general maintenance of areas and equipment. Must be flexible and willing to work in any capacity.
In addition to administrative duties you will be tasked with taking out daily rides with guests, feeding and vetting horses, and speaking to all guests on arrival.
Previous wrangler experience and managerial experience preferred. Qualified applicants will possess exceptional people skills. In addition to this they should have advanced horsemanship abilities, be able to operate ranch machinery and equipment, and confidently drive and maneuver a truck and trailer. Previous experience in children's education, camps, or youth programs is beneficial. You will have a couple shifts a week in other departments similar to the Guest Services position, and may have more depending on the needs of the kids program. This position will be the head of housekeeping and is responsible for the cleanliness of the ranch. You will clean as well as train guest services members to clean and maintain guest areas and common areas. The Housekeeping Supervisor must take pride in the appearance and cleanliness of the ranch. This position is also responsible for supplies inventory, expense budget, housekeeping equipment, and the laundry room. Bedding is laundered by an outside company and as such laundry responsibilities are greatly reduced. Primary laundry consists of weekly guest laundry and daily place mats and pool towels.View Job Description

Previous experience required. You will, with the other chefs, feed a staff of 35 and guests numbering in the 40s and 50s. This position does considerable prep work each day in addition to the majority of staff meals each week and doing breakfast and lunch for the guests. The schedule will change at the discretion of the Executive Chef and as such you should be flexible.

As one of our massage therapists you will be responsible for performing spa treatments on our guests and keeping the spa area clean and hygienic. Experience and professional certification in massage therapy is required for this position. Guests are to be treated as one would expect given a 5 star facility. Flexibility, a positive attitude, and great teamwork are essential qualities for the performance of this position and all ranch positions. When not performing treatments, side work will include regular cleaning of the spa facility: massage rooms, waiting area, bathrooms, workout room, yoga room, and pool area. You will also operate the laundry machines in the spa and clean and fold towels and robes. When demand for treatments makes it impossible for the therapists to complete the side work then other departments will assist as-needed. This position must also monitor supplies and inventory necessary for the performance of treatments.
