Lost Creek Ranch is located 22 miles north of Jackson, Wyoming. The ranch borders Grand Teton National Park and Bridger-Teton National Forest, and is 40 miles south of Yellowstone National Park.

Employment with our Wyoming dude ranch is an excellent opportunity to experience the grandeur of the Jackson Hole Valley as well as both Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. Lost Creek Ranch is positioned just 30 minutes from the town of Jackson. We border Grand Teton National Park and Bridger Teton National Forest. Guest and staff alike are surrounded by the beauty of preserved public lands. Successful applicants will meet employees and guests from all over the world. The Employee Experience

Must be 21 years old to apply and have a valid driver's license, and an outstanding driving record with no restrictions. Some positions will require you to obtain First-Aid and CPR certifications, and you must be willing to work 40+ hours a week. This is a ranch, and we are a team: no job above or below anyone. Successful applicants will understand what that means and view it as a point of pride. When applying for certain positions previous experience may be required or preferred, for others we will train within departments. Room and Board
Employee housing at Lost Creek Ranch is modest, clean and comfortable. Most employees will have one or two roommates in a furnished cabin, laundry facilities on-site. Unfortunately because of our livestock and the number of staff and guests pets are not permitted on the ranch. Similarly due to volume we cannot accommodate RVs or trailers. In addition to housing, employees will get three meals a day.
Lost Creek Ranch does have a strict drug, alcohol and substance abuse policy.

- You will live and work with a view of the Grand Tetons, witnessing some of the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see.
If you enjoy sleeping under the stars some nights there is camping available just behind the ranch and the stars will astound. Whitewater rafting is also available to our staff through another company.
The activities in the Jackson Hole area are limitless... The adventures of our staff on their off time are truly remarkable.
Getting Here and Getting Around
Lost Creek Ranch & Spa is located 22 miles north of the town of Jackson. Employees need to arrange their own transportation to and from Lost Creek Ranch though we will pick up and drop off at the airport. While employed at the ranch no transportation is provided into town or the surrounding area. Taxis and Uber are available, but having a vehicle is recommended. Though it is usually not a problem to hop in with a fellow team member.
On ranch you can come dance with your fellow staff and guests, enjoy the activities available to guests when you aren't working, and enjoy the same fantastic food as our guests at our weekly cookout!
Outdoor adventures abound in Jackson Hole: camping, hiking, riding, biking, rafting, kayaking, climbing... If you want to spend your off time exploring nature there is no better place. Many of the activities listed above you can do right at the ranch!
The town of Jackson is a short 25 minute drive from the ranch. There you can shop, visit galleries, and enjoy the western nightlife. Staff will often be found in town at the Cowboy Bar dancing to live music and honorably representing Lost Creek Ranch. There are also two movie theaters in town to keep those who are interested up to date on the latest from Hollywood! Coffee shops abound from Starbucks to local boutique shops: great places to spend a leisurely morning on an off day.
Even closer is Dornan's: just 15 minutes away with a weekly Hootenanny where anyone can come and perform for the crowd while enjoying some social drinks, pizza, and pasta.
Here you can spend your off time taking photos of wildlife and the stars or in town watching the game... It's entirely up to you!
