Living Lands & Waters

Headquartered in East Moline, IL, Living Lands & Waters is a 501 (c)(3) environmental organization that was established in '98. Spending up to 6 months a year living & traveling on a barge, the LL&W crew hosts river cleanups, educational workshops, tree plantings & more. Since founded, LL&W has grown to be the only “industrial strength” river cleanup organization like it in the world!

Travel 6 months of the year on America's rivers! LL&W's home base is in the Quad Cities (East Moline, IL), and this will be your home base. Room and board are provided while away on the barge and offered at a significant discount while working from our home base. Company vehicles are used to get back and forth, usually towing our Jon boats.
