Join the Team at Charity’s 1887 Saloon – Line Cooks Wanted (Summer 2026)

The Karr Group—Killington’s largest hospitality management company—is looking for experienced Line Cooks to join the team at Charity’s 1887 Saloon for the busy summer season. Known for its lively atmosphere and high-quality food, Charity’s is a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant where teamwork and consistency are key to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

As a Line Cook, you’ll play a critical role in the kitchen—executing dishes with precision, supporting your team, and helping maintain the standards that keep guests coming back. If you thrive in a high-energy environment and take pride in your craft, we want to hear from you.

Position Details
This is a seasonal H-2B position running from June 22, 2026 through October 18, 2026.

Please note: We are currently only considering candidates who are already in the United States and seeking an extension of a valid H-2B visa.


What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards

  • Manage your station and ensure timely, accurate execution during service

  • Maintain consistency in food quality, portioning, and presentation

  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards

  • Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen

  • Keep your workspace organized, clean, and service-ready


What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year (12 months) of experience in a high-volume or fine-dining kitchen

  • Solid understanding of cooking techniques, food prep, and knife skills

  • Ability to follow recipes and execute consistently under pressure

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn

  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
