Generally, food and beverage associates will be trained and scheduled in more than one position (e.g. restaurant, cocktailing, expediting, hostessing, bartending, etc.)

Responsible for cleaning rooms and cottages to set standard. Job requires extensive walking, bending and lifting. Must have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Responsible for assisting guests as they check in and out of resort, along with handling guest questions, and concerns, phones and making reservations. Excellent communication and computer skills are required, with a high emphasis on professionalism and phone etiquette.
Responsible for helping guests, answering questions, and product knowledge. Must have knowledge of cash register and strong communication skills.
Responsible for up-keep of entire resort, from lawns to plumbing. Must be a positive outgoing individual who has strong communication skills and works well alone.
Requires an outgoing individual with a positive attitude. Must be responsible and a quick learner who pays attention to detail and consistency. A background in food service and bartending is a plus.
Position requires basic knowledge of kitchen operations with an emphasis on speed and cleanliness. Primary duties are to ensure guest satisfaction and to assist your server. Requires outgoing personality, strong communication skills and work well with others.
Responsible for greeting boats and helping tie up. Must work well alone and be motivated. Job requires up keep and cleanliness of all rental equipment, excellent communication, and organizational skills and the ability to do banks and process credit cards.
This job is very important! You are the guest's first impression of the dining room. Must be well dressed, able to multi-task, and work well under pressure.
Grounds Crew personnel help with the care and treatment of the Priest Lake Golf Course, clubhouse, and all maintenance areas. We are looking for motivated, hard-working individuals to join the team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:
-Operate motorized equipment including riding mowers, tractors and utility vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
- Operate handheld power tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Apply fertilizer, surfactants, water and pesticides as directed.
- Maintain turn, shrubs and trees.
-Perform regular maintenance activities including, but not limited to, changing cups, raking sand bunkers, tee replacement, trash and debris clean-up.
- Display a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
Regularly stands and walks. Occasionally climbs or balances; stoops, kneels, crawls or crouches. Regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
- Experience performing grounds keeping, landscaping, or outdoor laborer work preferred.
- GED preferred; not required.
- Valid Drivers License preferred.
This position will require working face to face with the public in a courteous manner, answering phone calls, making tee time reservations, properly organizing merchandise, staging golf carts, cleaning golf carts, driving range duties, assisting with golf events. Also taking food orders, serving customers, mixing drinks, cleaning/light bar maintenance, and stocking coolers and other food and beverage tasks from the manager.
Proper uniform- golf attire worn at all times and presentable to the public. Be prepared to work weekends, holidays and opening/closing shifts with a smile!

While 2020 looked a bit different, our team has adapted working hard to provide the safest environment possible for our guests and staff. What additional sanitation and safety measure will be in place at Hill’s Resort?
The safety of our guests and staff is our top priority. We will be following all guidelines laid out by the CDC and Idaho Department of Health to maintain the highest possible standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Every guest and staff member touchpoint and interaction has been considered and procedures will continue to evolve. Highlight of measures currently in place:
- Implement resort wide controls to identify cases and reduce transmission
- Daily health check self-certification of staff members before each shift
- Daily implementation/submission of questionnaire with 4-8 questions regarding signs/symptoms
- Employees will not be permitted to work if there are signs or symptoms consistent with infection
