Available jobs start in May & Early-June and end in mid-October 2026. We are flexible with start dates, we need employees who can work through Labor Day, September 7th.

Hill’s Resort is located in beautiful Priest Lake, Idaho. Nestled in the Selkirk Mountain range and against the sandy shores of Priest Lake, Hill’s offers a work and play experience unlike any other.

Hill’s was established in 1946 by George Hill. Family has always been the most important part of Hill’s philosophy, and we make sure that all staff and guests are treated like they are family. If you choose to spend your summer at Priest Lake, you’ll quickly realize you aren’t only treated as family, you become family.

The Hill Family also owns the Priest Lake Golf Course where we are hiring as well!

We serve guests from all over both the US and other countries. With 68 total units, Hill’s can house over 260 guests.  Our guest return rate is over 98% in the summer season and many guests have been coming to Hill’s Resort for generations. Our lodge and beach are also open to the public, so we are busy all summer long with both resort guests and daily visitors.

As stated above, staff and guests alike mention the feeling of connection, belonging, and sense of community that they experience at Hill’s Resort.  We believe that personal connections are the most important aspect of our job.
