Grassy Flats Resort and Beach Club

Currently recruiting for the season from August 15th, 2026 to May 8th, 2027.

A 38 unit intimate resort with two pools, private beach, restaurant, & a killer smugglers bar under a tiki hut. The resort was born as a compliment to Keys Cable Park at the Lagoon on Grassy Key, which features a floating terrain park with a surf shop, garden & watermens school for wake, kite, foil, sail, & paddlesports. Together the properties provide the perfect balance of pleasure & play.

Located on Grassy Key in the Heart of The Florida Keys, Grassy Flats and The Lagoon is just a 2 hour drive to Miami International and South Beach or just over an hour to Key West.
