Overview

The Assistant Housing Coordinator supports the daily operations of Associate Housing, ensuring a clean, safe, welcoming, and well-maintained living environment for all associates. This role also provides administrative assistance to the Human Resources department, supporting onboarding, documentation, and associate services while demonstrating professionalism, confidentiality, and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all associates and internal partners

• Treat all associates with courtesy and respect

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

• Comply with all state and federal laws

• Maintain behavior consistent with the company Code of Ethics and Standards of Conduct

• Report to work on time and prepared for assigned shifts

Duties

Housing Operations & Support

• Assist with planning, organizing, and preparing for associate arrivals and departures

• Support check-in, check-out, room assignments, and departure inspections

• Assist with maintaining housing cleanliness, linens, and turnover standards

• Conduct regular inspections of housing and surrounding grounds

• Support seasonal housing setup and shutdown

• Maintain public areas in Associate Housing to company cleanliness standards

• Assist with inventory, purchasing, and supply organization

• Submit Maintenance Requests as needed and track completion

• Assist with associate activities, events, and engagement programs

• Provide fair, neutral, and professional support to associates residing in housing
