Housing for Grande Denali Lodge & Denali Bluffs Hotel Associates
Associate housing is located right in Glitter Gulch, one of the most exciting areas near the park entrance — and we’re proud to be one of the larges properties in the area offering on-site associate housing.
Housing is $20 per day and includes:

The Denali Bluffs Hotel is tucked into the slopes of Sugarloaf Mountain and is just steps away from shops and local restaurants, giving it a lively small-town feel. With area attractions only a short 5-minute walk away, you’ll be close to everything while still being surrounded by peaceful Alaska wilderness — the best of both worlds.
The Denali Park Hotel is located in Healy, Alaska, just a quick 10-minute drive from our Grande Denali Lodge and Denali Bluffs Hotel properties. This smaller, close-knit property has a welcoming, family-style atmosphere. The front desk is uniquely housed inside three retired Alaska Railroad train cars — something you won’t see anywhere else! As our newest Denali property, it operates with a small team of about 13 associates, making it a great fit if you enjoy a tight-knit work environment.
When applying, you may see positions listed under “Denali Park Hotel.” Associate housing is available at this location and includes access to shared kitchens. You’ll also be within walking distance of local conveniences such as a grocery store, gas station, and restaurants. Please note that a meal plan is not provided at this location, and housing is $20 per day.

Room and Board
Dormitory style Associate housing is available to our Denali-based Associates at a $20 a day, this cost also include 3 meals a day and all utilities. Rooms are Jack and Jill style. Suites have two people per room and have an adjoining restroom to another suite. Laundry facilities, a recreation room (equipped with TV, Ping-Pong, games, and fitness equipment), and Wi-Fi are available on-site for Associates living in housing. Bedding package is also provided for your use. Please ensure to pack your own shower towel. Associate housing is within walking and biking distance of both properties.
Our Associate Dining Room (ADR) offers 2 meals daily as well as grab n go items for breakfast. While our Chefs work very hard to provide creative and healthy options, it can be very challenging to accommodate all meal restrictions, meal choices and needs. Therefore, if you have strict dining requests, we suggest that you plan accordingly. There is a small market 10 miles away and weekly scheduled shuttle to the store is available for our Associates through the Associate Housing Department. A salad bar is provided at the lunch and dinner times for a healthy option, and a vegetarian option is also available (we do not accommodate for vegan diet). All Associates are required to participate in the meal plan; no exceptions may be granted. Cooking is not allowed in the dormitories.
Associates are required to abide by all rules and regulations set forth in the Associate Housing Agreement.

Getting Here and Getting Around
Anchorage International and Fairbanks International airports provide easy access to Alaska and Denali National Park. Once you arrive in either Anchorage or Fairbanks, Denali National Park and your work location are reached via highway by either “The Park Connection” motor coach, Alaska Yukon Trails shuttle, or by car. The drive is 5 hours north if originating in Anchorage, or 2 hours south if originating in Fairbanks. Another option for getting to Denali from Anchorage or Fairbanks is via the Alaska Railroad. Once hired, speak to your hiring manger about travel discounts available to you!
If you’re driving up from the lower 48, Denali can be reached via the road system from the Continental US through Canada. Please check all border crossing requirements for entering Canada, as well as for returning back into the United States.
Once at Denali, shuttle service is available between our hotels, the Park, and the shopping & eating areas.

- The Assistant Housekeeping Manager is responsible for the overall operational efficiency, quality control, and personnel management within the housekeeping department.
- Lead, mentor, and coach all Housekeeping staff, promoting a high standard of professional conduct and operational excellence.
