Cook needed at summer Flyfishing Lodge near West Yellowstone MT

Seeking a cook for June - September. 

Applicants should have good communication and a positive attitude. We are a small but busy kitchen, and the ability to work well in a team environment is a must. Kitchen staff must be willing to help where necessary. A strong desire to deliver exceptional guest service is required.

The Best candidate for this position would have a minimum of 2 years of experience in upscale dining. Be creative with attention to detail and maintain high standards, able to work independently and with a team, and enjoy having open communication in the work area. 

You would have a variety of tasks, such as working with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to create and prepare daily changing specials, assisting with box lunch prep and some baking opportunities as well.

ServeSafe/MT food handler certificate would need to be obtained before starting work.

Pay starts at $3400 based on experience,  private room and board included, along with being a part of the staff tip pool.
