The historic Firehole Ranch is looking for passionate people to join our returning team for the 2026 summer season. We have a 75% return rate with our staff. Come Live, Work and Play only 30 minutes from West Yellowstone and immerse yourself in everything nature offers.
Base salary starts at $2200 / month +tips (DOE / Position) for the following available positions:
Maintenance/Outdoor Crew- 1 Position
Benefits include:

Two consecutive days off per week as possible
These positions start the third week of May and run through the end of September. Commitment to these dates is required unless an exception is arranged with Management.

Firehole Ranch is the premier fly-fishing lodge located in the Greater Yellowstone area. It features world-class fly-fishing, gourmet western cuisine, a historic lodge and private guest cabins. The Ranch has been family owned and operated for 25 years. It is open 16 weeks of the year and caters to 22 guests at a time, offering personal detail-oriented service. We have a 70% staff return rate.
