Elk Creek Ranch is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the culinary program at one of Colorado's premier private sporting ranches.

What You'll Do

As Executive Chef, you'll oversee every aspect of the culinary operation, including:

• Lead and mentor the kitchen team

• Develop seasonal menus

• Prepare exceptional breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special event menus

• Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation

• Manage inventory, purchasing, and food cost

• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety

• Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff

• Collaborate with Guest Services and Front of House

• Build positive relationships with members and guests

• Contribute to a collaborative leadership team

• Previous experience in a private club, country club, luxury ranch, boutique resort, hunting lodge, or similar hospitality environment is strongly preferred.

• Understands the importance of serving a membership-based clientele and building lasting relationships through exceptional hospitality.

Leadership is just as important as culinary ability.
