Job description

We are looking for someone to join our Front Desk Team, to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. A Front Desk Agent's responsibilities include managing reservations, providing information about rooms, rates & amenities and providing outstanding concierge services to our guests. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel industry, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities and Skills

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks

• Manage online and phone reservations

• Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities

• Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean and tidy

• Previous experience in hotel Customer Service

• Enjoy working with a great team

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Seasonal or full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Hotel & Accommodations Concierges: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
