We're looking for an experienced property manager to keep our properties up and running. They would be responsible for the following.
Oversee maintenance and repairs for four rural properties, including short-term rental cabins and a rafting operations facility.
When needed help our housekeeping staff with room turnovers
Perform and coordinate general maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and seasonal property upkeep.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure guest spaces, equipment, and utilities are safe, functional, and well maintained.
Manage maintenance supplies, schedule preventative maintenance, and coordinate outside contractors when needed.
Respond to urgent maintenance issues quickly to minimize disruption to guests and daily operations;
Job Preferences, prior plumbing or electrical experience and personal vehicle.
