Clear Sky Resorts is now hiring all hospitality positions for the end of our 2023 season (thru November 20th). We provide a unique "glamping" experience built around unplugging from the chaos of everyday life and plugging back into nature. The Employee Experience
At Clear Sky Resorts, we welcome our guests to be a part of our "family." As an employee, your life will intermingle with our guests from around the world. We encourage playing games, using our amenities, and getting to know our guests in a comfortable working environment. We offer onsite dorm-style employee housing consisting of four-person domes, a bathroom dome with three full bathrooms, an indoor kitchenette area, a recreation dome, an outdoor grill, and a washer & dryer. The best part of our facility is the breathtaking view, season changes, and being so close to one of the world's greatest wonders; the Grand Canyon!

Room and Board
We provide housing to employees at no cost, however, we do take a $300 deposit deducted between the first two paychecks which will be refunded if housing is left clean, organized, and respected at the time of their final paycheck.
The housing is dorm-style with two bunks holding four employees in each dome. There is an employee bathroom dome that contains three separate, full bathrooms. There are drawers for storage, and kitchen utensils are provided - we also supply linens and toilet paper, and cleaning materials.
For meals, besides the kitchen that we provide, we offer our team 50% off food and retail on the resort.
Employee Perks
Our employees are encouraged to use our amenities, including our live entertainment, stargazing tours, flute & jewelry making classes, resort activities, etc. We also have partnerships with some local tour groups to provide discounts on tours and other excursions & activities.
Getting Here and Getting Around
Clear Sky Resorts is located 20 miles from the South Rim of the Grand Canyon; 20 miles from Williams Arizona, and 30 miles from Flagstaff. We are very remote and offer shared transportation for personal errands and/or group trips. You are welcome to bring a personal vehicle, however it must be kept parked in the employee housing area.
Due to our remote location, public transportation is not available.

Clear Sky Resorts is a fantastic place for those who love the outdoors, with easy access to incredible hikes, tours, and other adventures including the Grand Canyon itself. Far from any major light pollution sources, star gazing is incredible and enhanced by our telescopes!
