The Employee Experience

During our fishing season (June-September) we hire 6-12 seasonal employees. We value hard work, a team spirit and a genuine desire to make guests feel at home. This requires communication and teamwork, and an intense desire to go above and beyond the call of duty in order to support a team member or to accommodate guest requests. We schedule 40-50 hours per week and strive to give employees 1-2 days off; however, this varies on workload and staffing.

The ideal candidate must have great communication skills and sound work ethics; be service-oriented and self-motivated; be healthy, physically fit, drug-free and non-smoker/non-vaper. We expect our employees to have a professional appearance -- no facial piercings, no facial tattoos, and no color of hair not found in nature.
